well, he did DUCK the odlh rematch worth gazillion of dollars. so yeah it's possible that Floyd might duck Pacquiao even if it's worth trillions.

Personally I think the real reason he turned down that fight was because of his hands. I cant see him crying his eyes out like that because he felt like he lost his motivation for the sport.
pac's already agreed to a testing far and beyond what the normal testing is.. he called pretty boy a coward and challenged him mano a mano.. I dont think i have to ask him anything.. he wants to be 100% in the fight, who doesn't??

Floyd will be doing the SAME testing, so if Manny isn't a 100% from a lil teaspoon of blood...then how will Floyd be a 100%?
