What do you think who would win this fight between current 118 belt holder Hozumi Hasagawa 28-2 (12ko) and past 118lb belt holder Tim Austin who retired with a 27-2 (24ko) record. Keep in mind I am talking Austin from lets say 1999-2001?

Tim Austin fights just like Simpiwe and Malinga. He fights too slow, with planted feet I mean. You can't fight Hozumi like that. Everyone who fights Hozumi with concrete feet gets X'd out quick.
Your talking about the guy who faught Rafa right? (just making sure).Comment

Yeah the same guy.....if that fight is the one you want to use as an example. keep in mind he was winning before he ******ly tried to ko Rafa and got ko'd himself......Tim can crack though, has Hozumi ever been down or hurt?Comment

Thats the weird thing. Hozumi keeps getting better. If you look at his KO ratio before becoming champ, it was non existant. Then after he became champ, he practically wins by stoppage.
Hozumi has been down before but he has never been stopped. It's weird though because Hozumi's last fight he had a little bit of trouble adjusting to the speedy southpaw. But when he fights guys who try to stand and ****, he goes super saiyan on them.Comment
Nah Timmy is like 40 and no way he could make 118 or even 126 now I bet.
