what a tit, there is no attack on freedom of speech, there are laws protecting individuals, such as yourself and me and all of us, from bald face laying and defamation, which is exactly what has happened to manny pacquiao. there are consequences to your words and actions.
now had any of pacquiao's accusers had any proof, be it a needle, any type of packaging from roids that was found in manny's possession, someone willing to testify against pacquiao, etc, then yeah, pacquiao's accusers have all the free speech and reign to talk about it being fact.
but the fact of the matter is, they have no evidence, so at this point with no evidence, it's pure lies, which is a abuse to free speech! which is harmful to people, hence the laws protecting one another from malicious lies......
the thread starter needs to learn what the **** is up......... you have no clue about free speech, because you think it means you can say whatever you want regardless of the truth and outcome...........Comment
