I say Wlad. Vitali is tougher but Wlad is more skilled, powerful and fast. He has the overall better resume too, despite a few embarrassing KO losses.

The Klitschko Era is much stronger than the weak 80's with Tyson, the Louis "bum of the month" era, Marciano era, etc.
