Not really. You have to remember that 140 is not an original weight-class. Armstrong, SRR, Langford, McClarnin, and etc etc didn't have a 140lb division. If they did and would of fought there. Who knows if Kostya would of been top 3. You have to take that into consideration. That division does not have that history.

Kostya was never ranked P4P #1 as a pro. But, that is a moot point. Because, P4P means ****. Is a mythical ranking. Is imaginary it does not matter.
