Posted this in another thread. The Supreme Court has already ruled that the First ********* doesn't give you opinion privilege when it comes to defaming people.

If you want to defame people in an interview, you will be held accountable.

It will depend on how the Nevada courts feel about opinion privilege, but many states side with the Supreme Court, including California.
