Of course he can. Just a few days after they fought he said "Luckily he doesnt hit hard at all. Obviously if he hit hard I would have been knocked out"

Maybe Oscar was using lidocaine in his face and couldn't feel the punches, but then realized when he stood in front of a mirror how bad he looked.

      I don't know for sure,

but I can't remember the last time someone said, "the punches didn't hurt", and then a year later say, "wow, those punches hurt".

Yes, Oscar has every right to comment on how he felt the punches,

but he should stick to one way of those comments.

They either hurt, or they didn't.

      Not both.

there is a reason why that 7th belt you got in your sig under Pacquiao's title accomplishments is in green, I guess it's because that was only possible due to his money and fame and not due to nothing he earned in the ring, he didn't deserve a crack at that belt, it wasn't a WW bout it was a catch weight bout, he does NOT get that respect from me..

I'm only 1 person though and it's sad that many will give him praise and respect for something that was just NOT supposed to be..

what did Oscar actually, verbally say? he said "I have to wonder about him", WONDER, he didn't flat out say "Manny Pacquiao is cheating" he said "I have to wonder about him" and the whole Mosley, Vargas and Pacquiao comment will uphold Oscar in court because he actually fought them all, he was a champion Boxer too and had fights against all 3 men, he's not saying what he thinks there he's saying what he felt and unless you can prove you knew what he felt in all 3 of those fights (you can't) then that isn't even damaging to Oscar..

in the end I'm left with the question what did Oscar say that so horrible? he said his OPINION which isn't an accusation so what's Manny's beef, isn't this a country of free speech? these men can't form an opinion and give it out when they are interviewed? it's not an accusation it's an opinion so what the **** is Manny Pacquiao talking about?
