Manny Pacquiao has stooped to a new LOW

Mayweather just needs to man up and fight Pacquiao using the existing rules. Why demand something that has never been implemented in Las Vegas.

That truth is Mayweather is just scared of Pacquiao.

I agree that they do fear Pacquiao and that his feats arent done legitimately. Of course its fear, they saw Cotto get smashed and had nothign but question marks.

So what did they do to make sure he was playing fair? ask for a random blood test. I dont see what the big probloem really was. He shouldve smiled said OK and then beat his as slike he did Cotto.

The basis is fear but Mayweather might have some substance to his requests. Its quite obvious it struck the nerve of the pac team and they are implying all too many excuses to not take the tests.

Figs, you are falling victim to speculation. The Pacman DOES NOT have to dignify the "Smear Campaign" against him by subjecting himself to the crazy demands of Mayweather and Associates. Taking the tests demanded on him will only signify that the senseless "Mind Games" of Pretty Boy is working to his detriment.

I have one question for you. Do you think that the Pretty Boy would subject himself to these ridiculous "Mind Games" if the circumstances were reversed? Knowing that Floyd Jr. is an extremely arrogant individual, it's a given that any "Smear Campaign" made on him by the Pacman would set off similar actions that already are implemented against him. JAT
