There's a number of reasons why this is a good idea.
1)Sergiy Dzinziruk is a more established titleholder than Yuri Foreman at 154, having held the WBO for four years. Sergiy defeated prime Santos rather than the shot version that Yuri beat, and has since successfully defended his WBO title four times.
2) Foreman will have the opportunity to establish a legacy at 154 without the loss to Pacquiao on his record. Foreman at age 29 has time to accomplish more than the nearly age 34 Dzinziruk.
3) Dzinziruk is now working with Arum, so the fight will be easy to make. It would justify Arum buying out his remaining contract with Universum.
4) Dzinziruk hasn't made much money with Universum - in fact, he didn't fight at all in 2009. Fighting Pacquiao will give him a decent payday to retire on.
