First off 2 problems with your argument.

1st: If he did have his blood drawn 2-3 weeks before the Hatton fight then this is nothing new and the Pac Camp shouldn't make it a deal breaker.

2nd: It was a general physical for NSAC certification. They don't test for PED's when you get your physical.
