Floyd ducked all the Welterweights.. I mean Pac was fighting at 130 last year and now he has a better resume than Floyd at 147.. Cotto coming off a win over Mosley was a big fight and Mosley coming off a win over Margarito was a big fight as well..

if foreman fights the way he did against santos, he'll never win against pacquiao. bigger yes, but not stronger. cotto might even knock foreman out if they fight. he might win a 3 rounder against pacquiao but not a 12 round fight. just take the case of cotto vs. pacquiao, now who's stronger.
