I just saw the 2005 interview of Pac, where he said that NSAC required him to undergo blood testing when he was already reducing so much weight and was not eating anything just to get within the weight limit for the 1st Morales. I think that test really took their toll on his punches coz he even said that when he landed on Morales, he immediately realized that he wont be able to KO Morales with the punches that he was throwing on their 1st fight.
