Alibi? he can say no, its his choice. It was written in the contract just like everything else and they opposed RANDOM testing. They have spewed nothing but lies and twisted rhetoric and it hasn't helped their cause. They should have just said NO from the jump and not made up childish excuses as to why they didnt want to do it. Even a Pacquiao fan can see that this has been terrible press and it was largely caused by all of the excuses and flip flopping contradictory stories by Arum & Team Pac.

People are feeling sorry for Manny but the American media does this to pretty much anyone who gets accusations against them and it doesnt matter if those accusations are true or false.

If Manny doesn't want to do RANDOM blood test, walk away from 30-40 Million dollars and he would rather fight someone else that is his decision.
