If Manny Pacquiao would have just agreed to take the tests and passed
then he would have been good because it would have just been another
test he took and passed like all the others. Floyd Sr claims could have
been nullified if Manny would have just agreed to the tests. So what
if Team Mayweather wanted them at their time because Floyd would
have been on the same schedule so there is really nothing Pacquiao
can sue because it was all apart of negotiations. Pac refusing to take
the tests has damaged him more than Floyd Sr could of ever done.
Even Miguel Cotto said what's the big deal? And that's how a lot
people will look at it. Pacquiao is looking guilty and no matter what
people say or how many comes to his rescue, he looks bad right now.
Floyd agreed to everything else so why couldn't Manny just agree
to the tests? Cause his feelings were hurt? Tis is a man that rose
from nothing into something major and I'm sure he has been through
worse. Pac disregarded 40MIL to sue for way less than that? Bad
Idea.

There may be a long term strategy for this.
There is nothing wrong with both PBF and Pac getting tune-ups before fighting each other.
I would rather them fight in March.
The ones that would order the fight in March will also order in September
but that moves the fight closer to a retirement threat.

In boxing once every few years if we are lucky a true super fight takes place. One that will be talked about for years and years to come. One that we will someday tell our children we had the privilege as boxing fans to witness. This fight could have been quite possibly the biggest fight in history. The 2 pound for pound greatest fighters in the world fighting eachother in their prime. Pacquiao's aggressive style vs. Mayweather's defensive style. Everyone, from hard core boxing aficionados to the casual boxing fan, was excited about this one. Instead we have one fighter suing the other one instead of fighting him. This hurts me as a lifelong boxing fan and worse of all it hurts the sport of boxing.

You guys are all missing the point. He did agree to take the tests on three separate occasions. The Mayweathers found a way to get out of the fight. Floyd fought at 106 lbs when he was 16 too, so he mujst've been on roids as well because he grew into a man (I use that term man loosely). Manny doesn't need Floyd, Floyd needs Manny and he pissed it away...

There are plenty of "law" sites you could probably find on Google to give you at least a remedial idea of what is required to win a lawsuit dumbass.
Certainly, though, Manny, being the plaintiff, has the tougher job here. He certainly has got his work cut out for him.
