At the moment is Mayweather. But, with the recent doubts about Manny's incredible wins, his legacy will always be surrounded by dark clouds and raise questions about his real abilities. In a way, Floyd did a favour to Manny, because if the Filipino will beat him with the random drug tests, it would 'destroy' Floyd's credibility and the hype he has generated, regarding Pacquiao's real force.
