When Manny Pacquiao rocked Ricky Hatton back in May, he could've swiped the nickname "Hitman." As it was, the Pacman won a belt (junior welterweight), tied a record (titles in six divisions) and earned ESPN.com's Knockout of the Year award.

Pac's over Hatton with AA's over Taylor a close 2nd. I love buzzer beaters.

I like the marquez-diaz knockout. The uppercut he land was surgical!!

Pacquiao's KO was more brutal though, but less finesse.

Pacquiao's Over Hatton was the best I've seen in a very long time.

Seriously, I thought Hatton may have been dead.

I also like Mosley over Cheato's...

Good to see Abraham having a top5 nomination for each of the last 3 years...

2007...Abraham KO11 Gevor (was the KO of the year IMO)

                2008...Abraham KO12 Ayala

                2009...Abraham KO12 Taylor

The Abraham one was pretty sick. Straight down the pipe. Nighty night.

Agree on Abraham-Gevor, that's still one of the most brutal ones I have ever seen.

For this year, I'm ok with Pac-Hatton, but I thought Marquez and Mosley were exceptional as well.
