they could have taken the blood test before but someone either forgot about it , misscheduled it , etc.

also they take more blood for the nsac tests to be licensed than they do for the tests they take for drug testing. they need more blood to test for hiv , hephatitis , etc.

also this was at 130. the time he was taking the blood test he was also cutting weight and severely dehydrated.
