It's not that long since he fought, he's fighting again this year (probably v Marquez).

Generally speaking though he's close to retirement, I only see one or two fights left for him (Marquez then Mayweather if he wins the Marquez bout), his go-forward style means he takes more punishment so his career is shorter.

I don't know. Hatton was winning that second round by a country mile in the Pac fight. He should fight Pac again

he fought the two best fighters in the world and lost. considering his style, i believe what he has achieved can already be considered great.

Like Freddie Roach said, he was in it for 6 rounds with fatty Cortez on his back. He took the point off for punching a rope after Floyd elbowed him in the face and Hatton chased the fight ultra-hard and eventually suffered an unlucky double-hit on the turnbuckle as a result. Everything was stacked against him in that fight, including the weight but he fought it all til ko.

I didn't think he won a round that night he can blame Cortez but look what he got away with in the Tszyu fight

Most see Lederman as a decent analsyer of fights, he gave him a few rounds. The Tszyu fight is neither here nor there, two wrongs don't make right but at least Parris let them fight without jumping in. Mayweather was the one who blew up the Tszyu issue because he was trying to lean on Cortez, it worked, the fat lad was all over Ricky. All Floyd has got this time is 'Pac's on drugs, so I'm not fighting'.
