Few questions on the Pac-May fiasco

This is in response to the infamous article below:

Firsrt. Did you know that Mayweather came over weight on the official weight-in against Marquez? an even refused to the unofficial weight-in on fight night? well thats the reason for the high penalty demand from team Pacquiao and the rule apply to both fighters. Mayweather is a known cheater.

Second. Could you please tell me what is wrong for the fighters on this particular fight to follow the established drug test policy that is used for every other fighter? Deep inside Mayweather he is afraid of Pacquiao after seen what he did to his most recent opponents. I only can see that Mayweather is trying to find a way out of the fight by asking for unreasonable demands, plus if he is really sure about his boxing skills, why at this point to be worrying about if the other guys is using to PED's or anything like that?

Third. Can you mention a harder worker boxer than Manny Pacquiao? Now because he is doing great he is cheating and he most be ruled differently than everybody else.

Forth. If the easy path to greatness is PED's that can not be easily detected, why we dont have hundreds of Pacquiaos maybe thousands around the world?
