so why is Manny's team asking about what happens if he's found "dirty" and why are they asking for cut-off dates? Well i dont want to tell PBF what to do but. He didnt fight Cotto. He wont fight SSM. Hes scared of Margarito because of possible plaster in his gloves. He s scared of Pac and his steroid like abilities.
