No. Neither Manny or Floyd have the resume or achievments to rival SRR, Armstrong, or Ali, and they are the top 3 greatest ever.

Not really. Neither are good enough for the other to be considered the GOAT, even with a couple more wins. It will certainly help but they still haven't done enough to reach those heights.

If Pac can beat Mayweather then he could get up toward the top ten.

who out of the current LWW, WW or JMW boxers would they need to beat in order to become ATG? Bradley, Margarito, P. Williams, Martinez, Spinks, Cintron?
