"The main problem with steroids in a boxer is that it predisposes you to bleeding in the brain," said Dr. Goodman. "It can affect your liver, which affects your ability to clot blood."
And guess what?It doesn't matter if it just came up recently....the fact of the matter is that this can only be good for the sport whether it's been discussed before or not, or whether "*****s" are just doing it now for whatever reason!!What matters is that it's finally being done! There's a first time for everything you know?
And no, I personally don't have any past threads....happy now?Does that make me not credible in your eyes?I'm sorry.....guess what, I never cared about it ti'll now, that's right.....is that bad?Sorry....
P.S:Pac is still refusing to submit to these random tests.....
Schaefer
"Now that I've learned more about this, boxing now will have an outspoken advocate for blood testing in the sport," Schaefer said. "I plan to ask Nevada to have Travis Tygart explain why blood tests are necessary. "
they're all bandwagoning on this new craze of stricter blood testing just for pacquiao. simple as that.
MP's a fckin nail that stood out too much, now all the *****s, fans of past boxers he silenced, and critics come in hammering away.
nobody has been a proponent of anything in boxing.
we all have our opinions on the matter...but there hasn't been a single demonstrator lobbying for cleanliness of the sport til now.
do you see anyone doing so like how demonstrators lobby for gay marriage, pro/anti-******** and what other **** outside of their respective state government?
NO.
your beacon of light mayweather Sr. started all this ****.
and we all bandwagon behind him, the protector of justice and all that is right.
where was he, and all the bandwagoners for the random blood test when a handful of boxers tested positive for roids? why didnt he lobby for his precious test then?
yes...because he's fighting his son PBF.
SR: "its a good time to change the sport now, dont you think son?"
JR: "yes papi"
You keep asking for people to "prove it" or their lying. Does that mean Pacquiao is lying because he won't "prove it" by taking a more sophisticated test than the standard urine test he's been taking? ios he hiding something too?
I don't know about you but I can speak for myself and several others when saying it's been a hot topic for a few years now. The drums began beating a while ago.
True. Just like the drums began beating in baseball with McGwire and Sosa but blew up with Bonds and Clemens. It's the same in boxing with people talking about it but it blew up for this fight because of the magnitude. Pacquiao refusing the test puts more fuel on the fire, not to mention his teams strange comments. It's a weak argument when people say "this was never talked about" or "this has never happened". Everything has a first time.

Agreed. Furthermore, it's irrelevant. TS is no different than the people who he wants to call out: A fan who lets his little bias get in the way of logical thinking. If it wasn't so, this thread wouldn't even exist.
