the blood drawn during the pacquiao-hatton period was drawn once, yes within the 30 days, but still only drawn once. the USADA random tests would be drawn at random, on multiple occassions within the 30 day limit. i think i've read that pacquiao would agree to the blood test within the 30 day limit as long as it were not so close to the fight. roach on the other hand did not want pacquiao giving blood within 30 days of his training camp.

MANNY PACQUIAO claims he has been stabbed in the back following his drug-testing row with Floyd Mayweather Jnr.

The Filipino is furious at suggestions he has beefed up by using steroids after he refused to undergo Olympic standard testing.

Mayweather's camp are demanding Pacquiao submits blood and urine samples throughout his training regime, fight week and even the day after their proposed March 13 clash.

Pacman has agreed to unlimited urine testing and at least three blood tests, one in early January, a second 30 days before the fight and another in the dressing room immediately after the bout.

However, Mayweather's side are adamant only procedures conducted by the US Anti-Doping Agency should be used.

But Pacquiao came out shooting from the lip at the stance Mayweather and his promoters Golden Boy — headed by legend Ocar De La Hoya — have taken in the row.

He roared: "In all my years of fighting, I have never tested positive for any steroids or performance enhancing drugs use.

"I will provide any specimen, whether it be blood or urine samples, just right after the fight but not a day or two before, for obvious reasons.

"That should stop these clowns from asking for other drug testing procedures other than the ones already required by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

"It is a pity because Oscar Golden Boy Dela Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions should have been supporting me, too, because his company has a promotional stake in my career.

"They all say they got my back, but yes, they stab me, too, when I turn my back."

One day we'll all be talking and say, "Remember Manny Pacquiao?" "Yeah he was a good fighter but who knows if those 7 titles were legit because he refused to take those blood tests that Mayweather asked for." And there you go, a tarnished legacy. Man, if that's the kind of talk that's gonna be heard years from today then Manny should sue. LOL

i hear what your saying but thats just typical floyd,he could step up and beat pavlik but nobody would givehim any ratings,they just say he was too slow,again if he beats manny they will say he was too big,they wont say he just beat pound 4 pound champ in his prime,i suppose thats just the way it goes,who cares i just wanna see the fight

Because theres no proof that he's using any performance enhancement drugs. Theres proof that pbf had came in over the agreed upon limit. The real question is, why is pbf demanding such a thing that never in the history of the sport has had?

I guess you never heard of cycles right? So if he knows that he will be taking a piss test he knows when to end his cycle...plus the piss test can't detect all of the different type of drugs out there.

Funny ain't it ,,,, LOL,,,, Experts ,,, Doctors of Medicine have stated that the Urinalysis test will catch any steroids. I have lifted in State Power lifting competitions ,,,, I know a little about testing,,,,, I have known world champions on steroids ,,, some lifters tried to give it to me,,,, I have watched the lifters as they cycled on steroids.... I have watched their skin change,,, I have watched their demeanor change,,,

Pac shows NONE Of this,,,,,, Its an Act of Defamation to try to ruin a good fighter out of Covetousness and Jealousy.

If the fight does not happen its pacs fault. i dont like either fighter at all, so im not in favor of either one, but I cant imagine any real reason (religion bull) for not taking the tests.
