I've been thining about this. Seems like when Floyd Sr said what he said, it pretty much stayed in the boxing circle. But when Pac refused to test (USADA) Random it got huge... So who do you think is to blame for how big it's gotten?
Who made this a Huge deal, Pac or Floyd Sr?

Arum and Freddie Roach made it a big issue IMO. Most people were ready to write off what Floyd Sr. said, until Freddie Roach and Arum started contradicting themselves.
We'll take whatever test, oh he's afraid of needles, oh he doesn't know what he's taking, taking a shot will make him weaker, he's superstitious, he'll take a test 2 or 3 days before the fight, "I don't want a test within 30 days of the fight", wait that's wrong because he got a physical 14 or so days before he fought Ricky Hatton, lawsuit, etc... -
I agree , the drugs test was a formality and was presented in the very first draft of the conditions , Team Pac waited untill last to tell lies to avoid true drugs testing , I think Team Pac has held onto this hand grenade too long and lying is the pin , it has blown up in Team Pacs face .
But its easy to fix just agree to true test and fight with no Pacman weight conditions and all the bad dream goes away for Pacman .Comment

Pac's team, saying it by taking a blood test (which isn't even a huge amount) would drain his fighters' energy by fight night
