PBF hopes or expects to go through his whole career without facing a formidable opponent. When the possiblity of fighting Cotto came up he didnt want to know. Pretended to not know who Cotto was!
If he would have had to fight Cotto, who knows, Cotto might have been the one PBF wanted to take Olympic drug tests first. But we will never know now.

With Hatton instead of asking him to take drug tests, he asked him to move up weight and also asked the ref for added protection by warning the ref of Hattons dirty tactics and be harsh on hatton, which the ref was.

And he is trying the tactic again by asking Pac to fight at 154. Is there no end to the BS of this guy they call pretty boy floyd?

For one thing, how the hell did Floyd know Manny would refuse these random tests and allow 40 million dollars go down the drain?
