He said after the morales fight he felt weak after a drug test, mayweather is going t have to do the same drug test so they should both feel the same, drug tests arent meant to make you worse their supposed to find the truth!I think Manny needs to come out and tell THE TRUTH

i think they need to explain to pacquiao how now is different from what happened with morales. he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer you know.

1. i believe the morales drug test was fight week. they can probably agree to none fight week. i'm sure floyd would budge and allow random testing all throughout except fightweek. pacquiao will take one right after the fight anyway.

2. the blood test he took was different. it was a bood test for the nsac to be licensed to fight. they take a lot more blood. they test for everything like hiv and hephatitis , etc.

3. it probably affected him more because he was cutting weight. he's not gonna be cutting 15 lbs. for this fight. i doubt drawing blood now will affect him like he thinks it did last time out.
