Why is Mayorga going to mma?

He fought one of his best fight in years against Mosley, I had him down only by one point coming into the twelfth. Personally, I would have wanted to see him fight a returning Margarito at 154. in a fight that would have been a war

What was you giving Mayorga credit for? He did well at the start of the fight and that was it,perhaps won another round along the way.I don't see how anyone could have given him anything more four rounds at best.

Mayorga can **** and MMGAY fighters traditionally have glass jaws.

      Margarito would eat Mayorga alive.

Probably a good move for him tbh. Boxing is corrupt as hell these days, cant really blame the guy.

Time to move on from boxing I guess. His best days as a boxer are long gone. I hope he does good in MMA I always liked watching him fight.

Cause MMA has now become a Retirement home for all types of athletes where they can play, once they are done with the sport they once did or failed at.

Because MMA loves shot fighters that make for great knockout spectacles.

because he's a 'name' boxer and i'm sure he's making enough $ to justify fighting in MMA. I don't think he's done as a boxer either as he can still make $ in boxing. I wouldn't be surprised if Ricardo does both.
