See heres the problem, Team Pac and Team Mayweather dont think this is a issue, cause they have agreed on everything but testing. So they have either said its ok, not ok, or they dont care. But they have agreed.

Isn't Elie Seckbach biased? I watched this video where he outright blamed Mayweather for 'backing out/ducking' a fight against PacMan when we all know that isn't the case. Elie Seckbach can't save this fight! Only Pacman and Pretty Boy can make this fight happen.
