At this point, refusing to take random blood tests would only make one think manny had something to hide. I dont think hes on steroids, but im not 100% about any other ped. No he does'nt have the bulk you will gain when you use steroids.He is more shredded though.where did he put all those weight?.He look more underweight than over weight.They should test him when they weight in if he's carrying some lead weights on instead.

Not sure if he's on the juice or not. But, he's not doing himself any favors by the way he's acting. He should be eager to shut everyone up who is having doubts about him. Instead he and his camp are making excuses and its making them look like he's hiding something. And to all the Pac fans on here crying about his pride and beliefs, remember one thing.
