Manny has no legal case in the US. He really is pulling at straws. All he is doing is wasting his money and it may further damage his reputation, if he goes with a defamation of character charge, because that will green light Floyd's and GBP's team to dig up every ounce of dirt on Manny to prove that there was no character to defame, because it was already bad.

If Manny wants this to go away he should just accept the random drug testing and let that be it.

Stop twisting **** he said he'll give all the random piss tests they want. Just not blood because he does'nt want them to randomly take blood a day or 2 before the fight. You don't seem to understand the concept behind random testing. The key thing is that you do not know when the test occurs, this is the beauty of such testing. The fact that Manny wants to have a window of when testing is allowed is fishy and kills his case that he has nothing to hide.

I was hoping Manny would have fought Mosley instead of Cotto, but there is a reason Freddie kept Manny away from Shane and everyone knows why. Freddie is scared, the same reason why he hasn't let Pac fight any real fighters above 135.

That is another story though. I really don't care who Manny fights, but if he runs away from the fight he is damaging his legacy. As for his legal standing it is hard as a celebrity to win any slander/libel cases in the US. Nothing that Manny has brought up regarding what Floyd JR. or GBP has said will pass legal muster that would result in a good lawsuit against them, and even if he did win, no way in hell he gets over a million dollars.

any real fan would have raised this issue years ago instead of just a few weeks ago if you truly cared about the issue that much.

There are 3 high profile fighters who have tested dirty in the past and not a single one of you ever made a thread, or a post talking about how the NSAC or any other organization is incompetent towards its testing policies. Not a single one of you cared and still watched these guys fight with no mention of damage to their legacies.

do they even have random testing in baseball? nba? NFL? all major sporst in USA? I don't think so, especially with baseball being the first hand user of roids and PEDs, it sounds like only Pac haters are now on this bandwagon about him being on roids.

Pacquiao, never really got credited for all his accomplishment by the American society because he wasn't an American. Before the Dela Hoya fight, they said he's too small for him, after the fight, they said something else, same excuses when he fought Hatton and Cotto. This fight with Mayweather is not even starting he's already being tarnished by the haters. I would bet that if he agreed to the testing and the fight goes through and he wins, they will say the testing wasn't random enough that he should have been tested before he enters the ring. What a F---ing excuses now for the haters.

Believe me, haters, pacquiao can walk away from the fight and from the money, he lives in Philippines where he has 100 maids, drivers, and his own army to live with. He will win the election and will still have money doing movies, commercials and other stuff in the Philippines. He won't be like Mayweather who probably in 2 years removed from boxing will be bankrupt.
