as long as there are random test throughout his training camp i dont see a problem with him not having to test 2 days before the fight, as long as he also gets tested afterwards. but pac has never said hes willing to take random tests, thats the issue. and hes never tried to negotiate it he just pulled out and started suing ppl.
He personally never said he was scared of needles. and he has'nt changed **** you just choose what you read thats all. You have to read everything from both side to have a legit opinion.

any real fan would have raised this issue years ago instead of just a few weeks ago if you truly cared about the issue that much.

Not a single one of you was talking about cleaning up the sport before this entire fiasco even though we've seen many other fighters come up dirty.

        Roy Jones
        James Toney
        Fernando Vargas

There are 3 high profile fighters who have tested dirty in the past and not a single one of you ever made a thread, or a post talking about how the NSAC or any other organization is incompetent towards its testing policies. Not a single one of you cared and still watched these guys fight with no mention of damage to their legacies.

any real fan would have raised the issue years ago instead of hanging their hat on the word of an ex convict criminal who is making baseless accusation if they truly cared that much about it.

Any real fan would have made a huge stink about PEDs the moment they heard about Roy Jones if they truly cared that much about it.

Like he said for obvious reasons. If you want proof that he's clean then let him fight Malignaggi and do the tests for him. That way Floyd does'nt get his way and Pac can clear his name. I'm sure he can afford to be a little weak against Paulie. Then they can clear the way for Pac vs May sometime in the summer.
nobody asked him to take a test 2 days before the fight he said 30 days would be the cut off date for random test that he will do but...

When HBO televised "Pacquiao/Hatton 24/7" -- the four-part series that followed the build up to Pacquiao's second-round knockout of Ricky Hatton to win the junior welterweight title in Las Vegas last May -- it aired footage of Pacquiao taking a routine blood test as part of his pre-fight medical exam in Los Angeles.

The blood test was conducted approximately 14 days before the fight; it punches holes in Pacquiao's argument that giving blood inside 30 days of a fight negatively impacts his performance.

Arum was intrigued by the "24/7" scenario. He told Reuters on Monday that he was ready to move away from Mayweather and announce a new opponent on Tuesday for Pacquiao, but that was before the "24/7" scenario was brought to his attention.

WHATS YOUR ARGUMENT NOW MAN REALLY COME ONE MAN GET REAL

Because Mayweather played games for so long so Pac's team made a move. Then GBP came out on the same day and said they would drop that USADA **** just to make many look like he was the one pulling out. Why can't anyone see that GBP and the Mayweathers are playing ****in games. they have nothing else better to do obviously. I have actually said some real good **** about GBP in the past and I've always been open to they're idea's. But this is some nasty, greazy, coward ****. GBP is kind of showing they're true colors. I really don't think they're agenda is to rejuvinate the sport because this is doing nothing for it. I think they are trying to monopolize the sport. By trying to pursuit, persuade and if not destroy and stars that they don't have under they're banner.

ROY JONES JR SIDES WITH PACQUIAO: "I WOULDN'T TAKE ANY EXTRA TESTS!"
                  By G. Leon

GL: Are you aware of the ongoing crisis surrounding the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight? "Most definitely." GL: Do you have an opinion on it? "You could see Pacquiao's side, why should he change for Floyd? A fight don't start in the ring, it starts when the negotiation starts. If these are the rules, we're going to stick by the standard rules. On the other hand, I understand he's saying something been going on, but the problem with that is, if you're going to check him why didn't you check Marquez? Why didn't you make anybody else do it? It's kind of strange to call him out on this and nobody else."

GL: Do you see anything in Pacquiao that would lead you to feel su****ious?

RJ: "No. The kid is strong, he came up in weight and brought his stregth. Nowadays the testing is good enough, they got it to where you can't even take over the counter products. I can testify to that. The testing is very good right now and there's nothing he could really do that they can't find. Why make Pacquiao take the test and not anybody else?"

GL: Would you have made such a concession for John Ruiz or any of your other big fights?

RJ: "Hell naw. Why change the rules on me? Because I'm coming up in weight means I'm doing steroids? They're giving you a test for that anyway. It would be something that would aggravate me because then after I beat you, I was on something, don't play with me. Either you want to fight or you don't want to fight.

                  Pit General sez:

Roy is showing some sense ,,,,, why can't you show some ???

Manny said this today or yesterday " In all my years of fighting, I have never tested positive for any steroids or performance enhancing drugs (PEDs) use. I will provide and specimen, whether it be blood or urine samples, just right after the fight not a day or two before, for obvious reasons.

By saying this it obviously means he would be ok with 3 days prior.
