How it has been in the past is a moot point. The point of testing is to prevent cheating. Obviously it hasnt worked great sofar.

The highly trained experts at BALCO and USADA says urin is worthless for EPO and HGH testing and without random bloodtesting the window to cheat will be gigantic.

Therefore there should be random bloodtesting.

After the fight? That is pointless. The main advantage is to use these things during camp and buildup.

Give a good reason to NOT accept random blood testing.
It DOES NOT make a fighter weakened. Leading experts has said so and the videos of Pacquiao taking tests 14 days before hatton is solid proof of this.

Stop being a fan of Pacquiao or Floyd. Be a fan of boxing and demand a clean fight for the biggest fight of our time.

so are you saying that most olympians who won gold are cheaters? because they've never been tested before a fight before

              Seriously? Really?
Its not like the testers jump into the ring during sparring and says "FREEZE MOTHER****ER!"
Its a very very quick procedure. Have you never taken a blood test at your local hospital?

That is a bull**** reason not to take random tests.

and that is evidence enough to prove someone must be on steroids?

AFTER THE FIGHT WONT MEAN ****. Dont you understand that? This **** can be out of the system within hours according to a leading expert in the BALCO CEO.

What Roach says is besides the point. How about the weeks leading up to these 3-5 days before fight?
Take random tests.. Is it really that hard? Yes it is if you have something to hide.

Regarding your question about olympians, yes most likely alot of them cheated.

It is not proof but it makes random bloodtests pretty obvious of a demand.

Its like if im found on a site of a crime. If im covered in blood there is reason to check me up as a suspect.

Obviously Pacquiao dont want to clear his name.

And we are NOT talking about just a drop of blood here. Here's what 2008 Jamaican Olympics sprinter Asafa Powell said in an article publised by Yahoo.com,

Asafa Powell complained he was tested excessively during the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, in which he won a gold medal as a member of his nation’s 4 x 100 meter relay team. “I got pretty upset two days ago because since I have been here, they have tested me four times,” Powell said during the 2008 Games. “They’ve taken so much blood from us we’re going to be very weak before the final.”
