Clottey doesn't do himself any favors when it comes to his career.

The bottom line is Clottey would beat anyone in the welterweight division except Mayweather, just based on style. He would destroy Cotto in an even playing field like Vegas. The only reason Cotto got the decision was because it was @msg.

Actually Clottey lost to Margarito even though I thought he was beating Margarito easily, and even playing field had nothing to do with him losing to Cotto, he simply didn't do enough. He also wouldn't beat Paul Williams at WW.

Listen im a margarito fan but clottey didnt do enough after the first 4 ounds where he was winning the fight margarito just did what he does best threw loads a punches and won it on his workrate if clottey kept up wat he was doing in the first 4 rounds which was letting margo waste punches then blast him with big shots he would have probably beaten margarito

I like Clottey as he is a decent fighter and a hard worker but he's to full of himself!! Who does he think he is? Pacquiao, Mayweather or a Cotto. I mean Mosley is a bigger name than him and he still had troubles landing a fight on HBO.

He would loose to Mosley, Mayweather, Cotto again. What do you mean he would destroy Cotto on a level playing field, it wasn't as though he destroyed him the first time although he had the chance to do so. He cut th man on th third round with a headbut, Cotto had blood flowing into his eye for 9 rounds and Clottey still could not destroy him, as you like to think he would??????????

I actually think that Quintana and Collazo also have more than average chance of beating Clottey just on style alone.

I don't even care about Clottey. He's one of the biggest cry babies there is. He was offered reasonable money to fight Paul Williams and he went in another direction. Can't blame Paul for that. And what makes Clottey look so bad is he talked all that **** about wanting to fight Paul. We can legitimately say that he's someone who is shook.
