Looking at these two physiques, who is more likely to be on 'roids and why ?

Look, even Floyd doesn't believe Pac is on roids. He did all this to:
1. Piss off Pac (accomplished)
2. Discredit and tarnish his legacy (probably)
3. Disrupt Pac's routine and training (pending)
Will this be enough to get Pac off his game? We'll see.
Dude is a genius/douchebag.Comment

Wow! You can't be anymore racist than this statement. Anyway, how do you explain this photo then, smaller head Mayweather with a much thinner body.

Mayweather has no problems taking a random tes to prove to YOU hes clean.Actually, if I put up a current picture of one of those guys, it might just be a dead giveaway, haha.
The pic from PAC is actually more recent. The one for Mo**ey Mayweather is the one where he fought Baldomir.
Below is a more recent one for Mo**ey, look how much thicker he got after his two-year 'roid binge, lol

Why does he feel the need to all of a sudden prove to the world that he's clean, lmao.
And anyway, I'm not talkin' about the current issue. But, like I said earlier, someone retired for 2 years, inside that two years no one checked out his urine or blood and he ends up coming out of hiatus bigger, more muscular than ever, had to postpone the original date of the fight and would not reveal how his "mysterious rib injury" happened and could not make weight.
It's easy to say pass the cup or the needle, when ya did all your dirt in those two years. Have you heard of the vacations to Mexico by some of America's finest athletes ? lmaoComment

I understand Pacquiao not liking having his blood taken because, frankly, I don't know anyone who really does. But in a fight of this magnitude, I think it is our responsibility to subject ourselves to sportsmanship at the highest level. I have already agreed to the testing and it is a shame that he is not willing to do the same. It leaves me with great doubt as to the level of fairness I would be facing in the ring that night. - Floyd Mayweather Jr.
I say to Floyd Mayweather Jr., don’t be a coward and face me in the ring, mano a mano, and shut your big, pretty mouth so we can show the world who is the true king of the ring,” - Manny PacquiaoComment
