    Sergiy Dzinziruk....How good is he??

What do you think about undefeated WBO light middleweight champion Sergiy Dzinziruk (36-0, 22 KOs)

I've seen some of his fights and he's a very good boxer and he's a tall southpaw. Few boxingfans talk about him but he could be the most underrated boxer in the light middleweight division right now.

I'd like to see him fight Sergio Martinez....who would you pick to win that fight?

I think he's a solid fighter. A little bit too up and down for me. I think Martinez would be too slick for him. I don't know how good his chin is, so I'd go Martinez by UD. From watching his fights, I think P Williams would swarm him. I want to see a Dzinziruk vs Forman or atleast someone in the top JMW. Besides the 3 fighters I mention, I think he beats everyone else.

I think he is pretty good and i think PW was close to fighting him before the martinez negotiations. He did beat Santos a few years ago, but i dont think he could beat martinez. He is another ukraine fighter who went to germany and uses european style. His reach is a bit short for a tall guy and i think he may have problems if he fights someone like PW who has an enourmous reach advantage.

He's likely ruined now by inactivity. Sergiy didn't fight at all in 2009.

He has been too inactive, this is why no one talks about him. he last fought in Nov. 2008 when he beat Joel Julio.

Who's his promoter? the guy has a belt and is undefeated. He should have already got opportunities in America. It's a shame this guy is not fighting the Martinez and the Williams of this world.

Universum is run by an older man Kohl who sometimes "shelves" his fighters much the same way as Don King.

If Dzinziruk was fighting for Top Rank or Golden Boy in the US, or for Sauerland in Germany, he'd have fought at least 2 or possibly 3 times in 2009.

I don't think he's ruined. He just needs to get back in the game and he'll be fine. The light middleweight division is looking very good with some great fighters that could make this division pretty damn hot in 2010.
