I read a bunch of places that said Roach said that but I don't know if that was offered to Floyd/GBP. The fight may have already been finalized if it was.

Even if that was officially offered, i still don't think Roach would've approved of any Random testing, which would negate that offer anyway because random testing doesn't wouldn't allow you to have any cut-off dates before the fight. And even if it did, Roach still didn't want a multiple random test, especially while training. IMO, that was the whole issue and the testing a couple of days before the fight.
