guess you haven't been reading. We have quotes from Arum and Pacquiao about not wanting to have their blood tested any closer than 30 days before the fight. We also have a video showing Pacquiao having his blood taken at most 14 days before a fight. We have shown that their excuse holds no ground and that they were likely using it to get out of the fight. Instead, it turns out just Pacquiao was trying to get out of it. Arum is taking Mayweather's side on this issue it appears.

the difference between the Hatton fight and this is that the blood that was taken from the physical was MANDATORY. this time around, it's a fighter that's requesting blood testing. which isn't mandatory in the least bit.
