From what I read about that test it wasn't random & they weren't testing for PED's. It was for diseases like AIDS, Hepatitis, ect...

Pac better get used to all these accusation cause they are going to be around for the rest of his career until he proves otherwise. Every interview around the world will have a question about why he gave up the biggest fight in history because he didn't want to take random drug tests. I never thought he did, but now I don't know.

My understanding is that the blood drawn was part of a general physical. Therefore it wouldn't be tested for PED.

The thing is though, if there is a cut off date at all then its not truly random. E****ally if the cut off date is not a few days before the fight. 2 weeks isnt truly good enough
