I wouldn't trip. Crazy threads are made about both Mayweather and Pacquiao.I don't know anything about PEDs but his head does seem like it got bigger. Again, I don't anything about PEDs. So my assumption is different race, family have different genetics and that could be what it is.

He's fighting closer to his walking around weight now. He doesn't appear to be as drawn anymore at the weigh-ins. His face is more filled out. These guys are "studying" photos of him when he was at 122 & 126. He was cutting a lot of weight then and he was younger. He's older now and his face is no longer dried out from the excessive weight loss. And he's always had large hands; a trait of a great puncher, which Manny Pacquiao has always been.

To me his cheeks look more bigger from one pic to the other. It gives the impression he is bigger. The fat around his chin aswell.

When I gain fat myself, my face gets fatter. Our cells have memory of fat, and if you lose the weight, it can get big fast if you have excess fat again.

Cheek bones grow with age and if you have fat around the face, it appears to look bigger.

Look at may and how his cheek bones and skin has lines. the second pic shows that his skin is clearly filled out.

It does not mean he is cheating. Just saying that faces change with age.

Look at pics of people who are 30 and then look at them when 20.
Heck some uncles looked good at 20 and look kinda different at 30 lol

PS. Marquez has a huge head. He should be tested because his head didn't look that big before

I thought it was widely known people get Big heads/ Fat Faces when using HGH.

The proof has always been in the poudon.. Look at Barry Bonds, or Sylvester Stallone or instance.

To be honest, Pacmans head is HUGE today, i use to jokingly say he was on HGH because of how big his head is nowdays. (The joke ofcourse stimulating from the fact that i knew HGH made peoples heads big)
