The whole circumstance is ****ty, but I have to vote Floyd ducking Pacquiao because I personally feel that what Manny agreed to do for testing was more than enough to prove he's not on anything.

I don't claim to be a steroids expert like most of the posters on here, but from my understanding, blood testing is only used for HGH, and to save samples for a long time.

HGH stays in the system for quite a long time (nearly a month) so he really wouldn't be able to get much use out of it, or hide it.

So doing blood testing a month before the fight, immediately after - with random piss tests in between is more than sufficient.


They're called negotiations for a reason, I think if Mayweather REALLY wanted to fight, he would have accepted Manny's counter offer.



I also think a lot of this **** is to blame on GBP and Top Rank. They're basically having a pissing match over Manny Pacquiao. I think GBP is still pissed than Manny left them for Top Rank, and I think Top Rank wants to assert themselves over GBP.
