Not bashing philliphino,s but most of them have large heads for there bodies... And in some of those pics manny wasn,t in the greatest shape... A conditioning coach will bring your conditioning to the max if your committed...

Unless you measured Pac's head before and compare it now, there is no basis that his head grew (because of steroids)... Pictures can be illusional, the angle of both pics are different.

HGH makes your head grow... And, from I read HGH does not help a fighter... Even Victor Conte HGH is useless for a fighter... Victor Conde did say EPO would help a fighter a lot. But, EPO does not make your head grow.
