                      Remove the Pac glasses.

                      To sum up the article:

                      1. It builds muscle

                      2. Helps heals injuries

                      3. Helps burn fat and preserve muscle

                      4. Helps athletes recover from intense training sessions

                      5. VERY hard to test for.
