Thats the whole point , the random nature is what catches cheats , Floyd has said we want random and will negotiate a mutual cut off point thats very fair in the big picture ,, Pac dont want the fight , they are saying no too fast and trying to get another fight too fast , he is ducking Floyd and it stands out like dog balls .
