NSAC was fine for many boxer for many years including the Mayweathers. NSAC also caught cheaters before.. Did NSAC become a joke cause Mayweather said it has... Last time I checked too GBP President says it was fine with NSAC for the Mosley and Judah fight.. WTF happen?
