Mayweather is so scared of Pacquiao. He will ruin a good fight just because he doesn't want to get knocked out. A blood test after the fight is just as good as anything other blood test.

Manny will use any excuse just avoid taking the tests, Pacman killed any chance of the fight happening.

What is the difference taking a blood test immediately before or immediately after a fight? Does an hour make a difference in the results?
