I agree, but Mayweather could always fight Cotto, even though he is coming off a loss a fight between Cotto and Mayweather could sell well.

They really will. It's amazing how much this whole thing is hurting the sport.

I had friends who aren't boxing fans per se, but are always down for a big fight say to me that they were on the verge of really getting into boxing, and this whole debacle is just pathetic.
