He says he doesn't want tests done by Mayweathers, "own private company". Well, Mayweather has said BOTH sides can decide on who does the testing.
He also says he doesn't want Manny to have tests done a week before the fight. Well Mayweather is willing to negotiate a cut off date.
Team Pac don't want to negotiate, because if they did it would be sorted by now.
