When will NSAC speak about Pacquaio v Mayweather?

Above all this hoo-rah between Team Pacquiao & Team Mayweather, bottom line is that NSAC absolutely NEED to step up and make a statement about the rules! Neither camps should be able to make such demands or set their own rules.
NSAC need to recognize that this fight is possibly the most important fight for boxing! They need to intervene and let this happen!
For all boxing fans, NSAC please step in and make this fight happen. Otherwise boxing will truly hit rock bottom!!!

    they already did:

    1. NSAC says that urine testing is more reliable than blood testing.
    2. NSAC says Pacquiao is clean and have not failed any test since.

I know but they need to do more to make this happen! They need to sit both camps together and agree on a deal that is fair for both fighters.

But if the two parties cannot agree on the negotiations surely NSAC can step and say enough is enough.."Here are the rules, quit bitching and fight already!"
Surely they can make this happen!

They wont step in because they cant order or recommend what is not in there mandate these commission have rules of procedure like a government , if you want a law changed or added its takes time and meetings , this Arum ask them to intervene is a crock of bull**** and Arum knows it .

It might wash with you boys but it wont wash anywhere else , look around the internet look to see the whole feel of the majority its not good for Manny , type Manny Pacquiao is guilty into google , 110 thousand hits .

            Its only the beginning !!!

hey! come to think of it...why not the NSAC enforce their ground rule and threat (meaning just to prevent to what happen to pbf-pac match) the fighters. saying "if you do not follow our terms there is no event will happen", IMO....
