lets see; in order for floyd to be a 7 div champion, he needs to get titles at 122 and 126 or at mw and smw....he needs atleast one lineal tiltes at those weights too....it takes huge balls and determination to even attempt to do all that and floyd is not known to having those qualities......we dont even have to include pac's 3 bwwa fighter of the year award and most esp the fighter of the decade award.....so no, he is not capable.....

      Yes, if he beats Shane

If Floyd beats Shane, then his resume will surpass Pacmans resume. Shane Mosley is the best fight that either fighter hasnt fought yet.. Period Point Blank! Nobody can deny that.

Pacquiao's resume is weak. He's avoided elite athletes his whole career. People like Barrera and Morales look like they're great against each other but they're too slow to keep up with real athletes. Barrera even lost twice to Junior Jones. If they had been welterweights, they would have been mediocre Collazo-level fighters.

That's a matter of opinion, in the end history makes it's own judgment. 10 years after their career's are over we'll know who goes down as the best boxer of this era.
