                    Floyd is defaming Pac's name because he's well known. Does anyone outside of the boxing hardcore fans even know the Jersey Shore reject is making those comments? Do you see his comments anywhere in the lead-in of Sportscenter? Or the front page of ESPN.com?

                    You can be sure if Floyd made those comments it would be.

                    Again, tell me what fighting someone has to do with suing someone?
